Saybee (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is developed and operated by Saybee . Purpose of Data Usage: Data collected by third-party SDKs is only used to provide relevant functions of their services, such as advertising display, personalized recommendations, data analysis, etc. The data will not be used for purposes unrelated to these functions.
Data Sharing: We will not share your personal information with any other third party without authorization. We will only share data with relevant third parties when required by law or to enable application functions (such as payment processing, advertising display, etc.).
Data anonymization and de-identification: For the analysis of usage data, Saybee and third-party SDKs usually perform anonymization or de-identification to ensure that your personal identity cannot be directly identified through the data.
(3)Device system permissions used
We may need to use the system permissions in your device (excluding permissions accessed by third parties) to collect relevant personal information. Although we have already touched upon these in the previous section, this section will summarize and organize all the system permissions used by Saybee to facilitate a more systematic, complete, and transparent presentation to you. You can choose whether to authorize us to use the relevant permissions on your device. If you do not authorize us to use the relevant permissions, some services may be unavailable, but this will not affect your use of other Saybee features.
Album and storage permissions
Once you agree to enable this permission, we will use the photo album access and storage functionality on your device. This functionality will be used to upload text, images, videos, and other content from your device, and will also cache text, images, and videos generated during your use of Saybee services. Please note that we will not automatically access the contents of your local photo albums. We will only access image/video data after you agree to enable this permission and actively select the corresponding image in your photo album. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned features will not function properly.
Microphone permissions
If you agree to enable this permission, we will use your device's microphone and recognize the voice information you upload. This permission is used to enable the voice input feature and to collect and recognize the voice information input during the implementation of this feature. If you deny this authorization, the aforementioned features will not be available.
Message push permissions
If you agree to enable this permission, we will push messages to you so that you can receive and understand our notifications in a timely manner. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to receive the messages we push to you.
Camera permissions
If you agree to enable this permission, we will use the camera function on your device. This function will be used to enable photo and video recording, and to collect and identify the images and videos taken or recorded during the implementation of these functions. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned functions will not be available.
Floating window permissions
In order to float the content of "Party" on other content, we will apply for your permission to use the floating window. If you refuse such authorization, the above function will not be available.
Device information access permissions
After you agree to enable this permission, in order to protect your account and login security, we will collect your corresponding device information for optimizing user experience, security checks, identifying whether it is a commonly used device, and device binding status. If you are an Android user, your refusal of this authorization will result in you being unable to use this product and/or service normally. If you are an iOS user, you may not be able to directly refuse or close the above authorization due to iOS system restrictions, but for some device information (for example: IDFA information, which is subject to the actual situation updated from time to time by iOS system policies), you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to authorize, we may not be able to provide you with corresponding functions or services (for example: if you refuse us to collect your IDFA information, we will not be able to provide you with personalized display based on the IDFA tracking identifier).
Access network and obtain network status permissions
Only after you agree to enable this permission will our app be able to connect to the internet. Furthermore, for risk control and service provision purposes, we can monitor network changes and notify users of the current network environment. Rejecting this authorization will result in you being unable to use this product and/or service normally.
4. User Control and Choice
We respect your privacy and provide flexible controls so you can manage your privacy settings in Saybee :
Saybee and third-party SDKs in the privacy settings of your device and choose whether to allow apps to collect location information, device information, etc.
Disable ad tracking: You can choose to disable the ad tracking function of the advertising SDK and stop the display of personalized ads.
Opt out of data collection: You can opt out of data analysis or turn off data collection at any time in the app's privacy settings.
5. Compliance and Legal Observance
We promise that all use of third-party SDKs will comply with relevant laws and privacy protection requirements:
Comply with privacy laws and regulations: including but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the US California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other relevant data protection laws.
Cross-border data transfer: If cross-border data transfer is involved, we will ensure that such data transfer complies with relevant legal requirements and take appropriate measures to protect your privacy and data security.
6. Privacy Policy Updates and Notifications
We will regularly review and update our Privacy Policy to ensure that its content reflects the latest legal requirements and changes to the third-party SDKs we use. If there are significant changes to the Privacy Policy, we will promptly notify you through in- app announcements or push notifications.
(3) Advertising agencies and links
The Company may provide your personal information, including but not limited to your name and email address, to advertisers that place advertisements on the Service, or to websites or services related to or linked to the Service (whether located in Taiwan or abroad, including but not limited to PlayOne and other affiliated companies or partners), for purposes such as consumer and customer management and services; business and technical information; advertising and business behavior management; surveys, statistics, and research analysis; marketing; trade promotion and management. These advertisers or website operators have their own privacy policies, and their data handling practices are not subject to this Policy. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for the activities of these advertisers or website operators.
Your personal information will be used in a reasonable and lawful automated or non-automated manner in any area where the Internet is accessible, for the duration of the above purposes and for the period required for the Company, its affiliates or partners (including but not limited to PlayOne) to carry out related business.
V. Your Rights
(1) The Company will use reasonable technical means to allow you to exercise the following rights with respect to your registration information or other personal information provided during the use of the Service, subject to compliance with relevant laws and regulations on personal information protection (the Company reserves the right to deny your request if it meets relevant legal requirements). (2) You are free to provide personal information to the Company. (3) If you want to delete the account you created, please go directly to the My-Settings menu, click My >Settings> Delete Account , and then confirm the deletion operation.

Saybee Account Deletion Instructions
You may apply to the Company to cancel your service account at any time. Before applying for cancellation, please carefully read the " Saybee Account Cancellation Notice" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). When you submit a cancellation request, you have fully read, understood, and accepted the entire contents of this Notice, and agree that the Company will handle your service account as follows:
(1) Deleting a service account is a permanent and irreversible operation. Even if you accidentally delete your account, you cannot restore the original account.
(2) Before deleting, please back up the relevant information in your service account. The Company will not assist in backing up your data.
(3) Once your service account is deleted, it will be deemed that you have terminated all services provided by the Company. Confirming or clicking "Confirm Deletion" means that you accept all consequences arising therefrom, including but not limited to:
1. The Company will delete your account and related usage records (including but not limited to all login methods for your Service account and any other user accounts you follow). Your friends or Service users will no longer be able to contact you through your original Service account. If they attempt to contact you, they will be prompted with a message stating that the account does not exist/has been deleted.
2. Your service account's personal information and historical data (including but not limited to nickname, avatar, timeline, homepage, message history, etc.) will be completely deleted and cannot be restored. All authentication information and related verified identities under the account will be removed.
3. Before applying to cancel your account, please ensure that all payment account bindings to your service account have been removed. Any losses incurred due to failure to remove any bindings or withdraw any remaining balance will be borne solely by you, and the Company assumes no liability.
4. All records, data, and information regarding service features (including but not limited to backpack items and gifts) or any other third-party services that you have used, authorized to log in to, or linked to your service account will be completely and irrecoverably deleted. You will not be able to log in to or use such features or services, and any qualifications, levels, badges, or membership benefits you previously obtained will be automatically forfeited and no longer available. You understand and agree that the Company cannot assist you in restoring such features or services.
5. After your service account is deleted, any unused coins in your account cannot be exchanged or refunded. You may use them before deletion. If you have a diamond balance, please ensure that you have claimed all of it before deletion.
6. After your account is successfully cancelled, the Company will not retain any of your transaction data or records unless otherwise required by law.
(4) When you request to delete your service account, if the Company finds that your account is involved in any dispute (including but not limited to complaints, reports, fraud, defamation, litigation, arbitration or investigation by state agencies), or there is a risk of the account being blocked or misused, the Company may suspend the deletion process at the request of the judicial authorities without obtaining your consent.
(5) Once your account is deleted, all rights and obligations between you and the Company will terminate unless otherwise provided by law or agreed to by both parties.
(6) Deleting your service account does not relieve or reduce any liability or obligation arising before deletion. Please be aware of this.
Saybee 's obligation to provide personal data
Without your written consent, " Saybee " will not sell, exchange or rent your personal information to any third party. However, your personal information may be provided to government agencies or other third parties in accordance with laws, judgments, rulings, orders or any legal obligations.
In addition, if you violate any law, these Terms of Service, this Policy, infringe intellectual property rights, or endanger the rights or safety of other users, Saybee may provide your personal information to government agencies as required by law. The Company assumes no liability for any losses or expenses incurred by you as a result.
8. Other Notes
(1) Providing personal information to third parties other than the Company is not covered by this Policy. Any personal information you voluntarily disclose online to third parties other than the Company, including but not limited to posting your email address, birthday, and other information on platforms such as live broadcast rooms and profile pages, or providing personal information when interacting with other netizens, may be collected and used by others and is not covered by this Policy. The Company assumes no responsibility for any losses or expenses you suffer as a result of such disclosure.
(2) Self-protection of personal information: Please keep your account and password safe and do not share your password with anyone.
(3) Age Limit: The Company encourages parents or guardians to guide minors under the age of 18 in using the Service. The Company recommends that minors encourage their parents or guardians to read this Policy and that minors seek the consent and guidance of their parents or guardians before providing personal information.
